I am trying to upgrade from 3.2 to 3.3. I downloaded the upgrade but get the message "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

I tried going back to 3.2 but received the same message. How do I find out what the problem is? How do I get it installed?

 Windows Vista, Svc pack1, Ultimate

3 gb ram

Visual studio Pro, 2008

Did you uninstall the previous version first? Did you run from the Setup.exe rather than the ,msi file? This is important so the installer runs as Administrator on Vista

I did uninstall the previous version and did run the Setup.exe, but I did NOT 'run as administrator', and that worked! Thanks.
