Problem sending SmsMessage from Motorola Q/Verizon

Hi, first off, I am very pleased with my purchase of the InTheHand libraries. However, I am having an issue sending SmsMessage's. I am deploying my app onto a Motorola Q smartphone (Verizon is my provider), and whenever I send an sms to a number of another Verizon phone, it works, but if I send to other providers (I have tried Helio and Sprint), nothing happens. Any ideas/suggestions? Also, after looks through the posts, it appears another customer had a similar problem back in February (thread "Sms message text being truncated on Motorola Q MOL2")....maybe this is a Motorola Q problem? I wouldn't be surprised with the number of issues I've had developing for this phone.

    Thanks ahead of time!

Have you tried specifying the recipient numbers in different forms e.g. with and without the country code (even though it should not be required). Since I'm not familiar with all the operators in the US are these all GSM or CDMA providers or is the issue occuring when sending from one to the other?

Hello - I'm having trouble using the library with this phone (Motorola Q/Verizon) as well for SMS.  I can't send a message to a non-verizon phone, and the messages I send to myself (that is the same phone) come back truncated.  Any thoughts on this?   Yes, verizon is CDMA.
